BioClean’s Healthy Home Service is a disinfection system we provide for you that delivers multiple persistent cleaning technologies for the cleanest air and surfaces in your home or business. It is a complete 5 step system that attacks and controls undiscovered bio-contamination and cross-contamination in the air and on surfaces in any structure.
BioClean utilizes the highest quality air filtration installed in your HVAC system, a long-lasting antimicrobial surface coating applied to all surfaces and contents, and other proprietary technology to effectively keep the air you breath and the surfaces you touch, as germ and allergen free as possible.
1. BIOCLEAN AIR FILTRATION
Turns your current air system into a whole house air scrubber!
Scrub your air clean using the power of your current air system to achieve better then HEPA air filtration for your entire facility without new HVAC equipment. Our high-capture air filters remove mold spores, virus, bacteria, allergens, dust, odors, gasses, and smoke from your air down to .1 micron in particle size! You won’t find better air filtration.
With your home’s air system, and its ability to exchange all the air in your home from 2 to 5 times per hour. Custom made, proprietary, triple action Bio Filters are installed to capture bio-contamination. Your new filters have better then HEPA filtration, removing air particles as small as .1 micron in size! Your new filters have 3 different filter layers that capture large air particles, ultra-fine air particles, gases and odors. It will even capture particles as small as a virus. Each filter has 2 rubber gaskets so air will not pass around it.
2. SURFACE DISINFECTION
All surfaces and contents of your home are electrostatically treated with our “Green” hospital grade disinfectant. Our self-neutralizing disinfectant does not poison micro-organisms like most other disinfectants, but oxidizes, or physically destroys them making it completely safe for people, pets, and the environment. This step will neutralize virus, bacteria, mold spores, dust mites, pollen, pet dander, VOC’s, and odors. This step also prepares the surface for the long-lasting antimicrobial surface protector application (next step).
3. SURFACE PROTECTION
One application of our long-lasting antimicrobial protector will continuously neutralize microbes as they are deposited onto surfaces for 90 days. This antimicrobial was recently proven to deactivate the SARS-CoV-2 virus 45 days AFTER one application to a surface.
Our long-lasting antimicrobial protective shield is electrostatically applied to ALL surfaces and contents. This proactive step continuously eliminates microorganisms that we cannot see such as allergens, bacteria, virus and mold. Other antimicrobials only work for a few minutes while they are still wet. Our protective shield works for you day and night continuously for 3 months. There is no “poisoning” involved and is considered by the FDA and the EPA, safe for people, pets, food preparation surfaces, and the environment.
4. LAUNDRY SANITIZATION
Your washing machine will physically rinse away SOME contaminates out of your fabrics. Upon a closer look, science shows us many things survive on fabrics after washing, especially bacteria. The temperature of the water in your washing machine is not hot enough to kill mold spores, bacteria, or viruses. Use our supplied laundry additive to truly sanitize and deodorize your linens and clothing. It will also sanitize your washing machine during wash cycles. Use the same solution to clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, shoes, gym bags, and anything else you want to be sanitized and odor free.
5. MORE AIR PURIFICATION
Installed in your HVAC system is a component that sanitizes the already filtered air as it enters your air system and creates “Active Air”. The active air is able to eliminate new allergens, germs, and mold spores that will be floating around as they re-enter your home in the usual ways. This part of the system is also effective at continuous odor control.
