Use Bio Clean if you need mold remediation done right!!! These past few months my son has been sick with a cough that seemed to be turning into asthma. I wasn't sure what was the cause as it started to happen pretty soon after moving into our new house. I had Bio Clean come out and test my house to see what was in the air. They did an inspection of my home and found that we had a water leak under our sink that resulted in mold. The test that they took came back high for certain molds that could be causing my son's asthma to get worse. The unfortunate part for me was that the mold levels in the rest of our bedrooms were also in an unsafe mold. I had John and his team come out right away, and they were able to clean up all the mold throughout our house. He also suggested a mold fumigation process that we went with as well. After the remediation was complete, we moved back in and my son has been feeling better ever since. His asthma and cough have subsided, and we are extremely grateful for John and his team. I HIGHLY recommend using John and Bio Clean to anyone who is suffering from mold.

John Watts was recommended as the BEST NORMI CERTIFIED MOLD INVESTIGATOR, TESTER AND REMEDIATION SPECIALIST to us by a specialist in San Diego. We were deathly sick for several months, choking one our own mucus, falling over 20 times and had no idea what was wrong wiht us. We had just bought a new house and it was infested with mold in the attic, in the crawl space and on all inside exterior walls and insulation. Although overbooked, he tried to his best to get us in as quickly as possible . HIs testing was impeccable having shared it with the Regional teacher of the NORMI certification , he was really pleased with his thoroughness. The tests showed three different molds the black of course being the worse. He could even specify which areas were the worst and why, but the whole house had to be processed and there was extensive mold down to the studs and insulation all over the house. He worked so many hours non stop with his crew , because he knew how sick we were and that we were homeless. He did it all in two weeks. He came back months later as the whole house had to be re-insulated, new sheet rock and an extensive drainage system outside the house and under the crawl space. We were homeless for 5 months all together. He was patient ,kind and an d a real expert in his field and often gave advice how to keep the mold away and recently helped us figure out how to determine if we were using enough dehumidifiers keep the house stay safe.His staff was wonderful and respectful and hopefully we never to do this again. Certainly. he waited along time until after the construction was finished to do the final extensive testing and it came back so clear. We have been living back in our house 4-5 months and have had no medical problems and he has been best expert and a friend. He is trustworthy, honest and had enormous integrity.

He and his son make a great team: professional, communicative, and thorough from start to finish. I interviewed another company that felt a bit pushy and excessive, but John’s approach was transparent and calm, and his price was more reasonable. He even found mold in an unexpected area, explained the plan clearly, remediated it properly, and finished a full day earlier than I expected. The results exceeded my expectations. Very informative, personal, professional, timely, detailed quote, performed as agreed. I have been struggling with neurological health issues, which the doctors (10+) never diagnosed properly, for over 5 years. I recently heard about mold toxins and began my own research. We had the house tested, which came back highly positive for mold and mycotoxins. The inspector recommended 4 remediation companies giving highest praise to BioClean. Long story short....I had been living in this completely uninhabitable apartment.
Mold infested, termite infested, mice. I was so sick and so was my dog.
rashes, brain fog,always felt sick,congested, coughing. I even got the place tested for mold. they said that "occupant should evacuate premises immediately." that's how high the mold content was.

I threw out so many things. I had to move, but how? i couldn't throw out everything. I didn't know what to do? i was still so sick and didn't know how to get on with my life.

I called other mold remediation companies. didn't sound too helpful. They kept telling me they would come in and wipe everything with bleach and all my clothes had to be washed to kill the spores. The expense to hire these companies was so high as well. And it still didn't sound like it would clean anything.

I did some research looked, on Home Advisors and found Mold remediation USA aka Good House Keeping Inc. John was so down to earth and didn't look at me like i was totally insane or paranoid. Or OCD.
He bombed my entire house and the garage with his bio clean sou lotion.
Within three weeks all my symptoms and my dogs symptoms were gone. i was able to save some stuff and pack everything.
This apartment is cleaner than when i moved in six years ago!
I was able to move out of the dump.

I can not recommend John Watt and Good Housekeeping highly enough. I had been sick, bed ridden, and debilitated for two years with Biotoxin illness. Once mold was discovered at my residence I decided to move to an affordable mold free one, I decided to call John upon the recommendation of a friend. John is intelligent, a forensic scientific mold & mycotoxin and building expert and is one of the kindest people ever. He came to my rescue and got me in immediately, inspected the home I had been living in - visually and with his amazing high level device identified the disrepair and had high toxin black mold.

He remediated with his various treatments but mainly chloride dioxide; I did not have to throw any possessions away. I moved into a pristine remediation. From the first time John and Good Housekeeping took our call, the customer service was exceptional. John was patient, kind, and spent an ample amount of time speaking to us about the best treatment for our home and situation.

After nearly 3 months of suffering from unbearable hives due to an unknown toxin/allergy source in our home, John and his team did a chlorine dioxide treatment to our entire house, attic and cars. We were able to plan and schedule the treatment within a couple of days, and as soon as it was complete, I no longer feel activated by my house!
